Very good location and property. I’ve only really two comments for improvements: Firstly the TV is very small and the garden is not securely fenced in for a dog.

2nd stay for us at Tweedmouth cottage. Still kept in exceptionally good condition. All the cottages on the complex are of the same high standard. Perfectly situated to cover all of the North Yorkshire coast and countryside. Highly recommended.

Had a very enjoyable week at Tweedmouth cottage. Everything you could wish for was provided. WiFi was very reliable and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view was magnificent. No trouble parking the car as there was a large car park shared by all the cottages but for unloading and loading up the car it was possible to drive up to the cottage. The Manor carvery half a mile up the road was very good. The Welcome Pack provided was a lovely surprise, with cake, biscuits, coffee and wine. I would not hesitate to recommend Tweedmouth cottage to anyone wishing to have a comfortable and welcoming holiday home.

Great cottage let down by the cleaners. Heavy dust found when childs toy went under furniture. cobwebs around wood burning stove and inglenook, strong smell when draining kitchen sink, black mould down shower pipe in one bathroom. Various items left around cottage by previous occupants missed by cleaners including a pair of shoes, small doll under a settee, broken earphone set behind cushion on settee, dog waste collection bag under under bedroom drawers also two clothing price labels under wardrobe
