Lovely cottage ideally situated for the Pantiles, and not far from town. Short drive to Brighton Hastings Eastbourne and many other lovely places. Parking no problem, and lovely food hamper when we arrived. Would go to cottage again as it was lovely.

The cottage interior was much prettier than the photos suggested and the garden was actually far larger than we had imagined and very pleasant to sit in. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the appliances were good quality and easy to use. A welcome pack from the owners was indeed a welcome sight after a long drive from Scotland. The sofa was comfortable and there were lots of brochures and tourist info to browse through, as well as books and DVDs. We had been informed that Internet access wasn't currently available but it did actually work which was useful for us. The bedroom upstairs was rather nice and overlooked the garden. The bed was comfortable and there was ample drawer and hanging space for clothes. Lots of hot water and fluffy towels for baths and complimentary soaps etc. My husband's only criticism was that there wasn't a shaving point for his shaver and tooth brush. The cottage was very clean and the garden well maintained. We had no problems with parking -lots of options. The road outside is busy and can be challenging to cross at times. The location was perfect with The Pantiles across the road-so lots of shopping, eating and drinking opportunities on the doorstep; an enormous Common for the dog to explore and within walking distance of lots of amenities. We visit Tunbridge Wells often and this is one of the most pleasant places we have stayed. We also appreciated the "dog friendly' attitude of the owner!

The cottage is quite nice, but regarding the price they are asking, the kitchen equipment is poor. The hob and the oven are really last century. The parking solution is odd: thea trey to persuade you, to use the expencive public car park, though there is a spot in front of the house.

A wonderful cottage superbly located across the road from The Pantiles. Perfectly stocked and the Welcome Basket is much more than usual. It is just such a pity that those who use the property do not treat it with the respect it deserves. Which is why my cleanliness Mark I'd low

A very cosy and comfortable retreat with everything you need. The only down side is the road noise, which did not bother us but if you are sensitive to that best avoid here. Some nice walks for the dogs on your doorstep and nice cafes and restaurants across the road. Would definitely go again!

This was a lovely cottage, although upstairs bedroom and bathroom had steep ceiling and we were constantly banging our heads. the location is ideal for the town, just a 2 minute walk, but was close to the main road and a car park so was rather noisy.
