Returned from a lovely relaxing family holiday over the New Year period. Plenty of room for a large family or friends sharing with fantastic facilities. House located in a quiet part of Nairn within easy walking distance to the town.

9 of us (one baby) had a fabulous week staying in Sandy Beach. A wonderful property for a big family. Spacious, comfortable & spotless, would definitely stay again when traveling north.

All went well. Enjoyed the communal space of this house especially as we had 3 grandkids with us. Would certainly go there again.

The house is easy to find, great size, very large living area (that would definitely benefit from a larger TV), comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there including outside furniture in the garage as the weather was fab! Master bedroom is huge and other 3 bedrooms are a good size, easily accommodated 2 adults and the kids (10, 7 & 3) had their own rooms and we even had the grandparents over for a sleepover! Only downside for us having young children was that the garden is not enclosed at all but the area is quiet and you can see out from windows to a wee grass park where the kids played. We did run out of washing tablets and tea bags and a few basics we thought would be there weren't (like cooking oil, ketchup etc) but it wasn't the end of the world. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to friends. Thanks very much to the owners and Diane :-)

We were on a family holiday with my parents both in their eighties. Bungalow was well equipped and in an ideal situation. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

3rd year we have stayed there. First day the curtain pole in the master bedroom fell down as the fixing screw was not the correct one for plasterboard. Repaired by ourselves. The master bedroom en suite shower head also tends to fall down as the head is too heavy for the bracket. Minor points! Most constructive comment I could make is that the living room deserves a much larger TV as you need binoculars to see the tiny screen in the huge lounge. 65" would be more suited to the room area. I have a 75" at home so probably notice the difference more so. Otherwise the house was superb as usual.
