Salmon Catch Cottage is a superb newly built 1 1/2 storey cottage situated right on the banks of the famous River Lochy. Forming a brand new wing of the owner’s lovely detached West Highland house, with wrap around gardens and situated in a beautiful glen with gardens leading down to the renowned salmon river and just a few minutes’ drive to the Ben Nevis mountain range, it offers peace and tranquillity in a stunning setting. This spacious cottage is superbly presented throughout and with four double bedrooms it is ideal for combined family holidays and larger groups, particularly salmon fishers, given its close proximity to beat number 2 on the river Lochy. The main living area is open plan. The lounge has large picture windows overlooking the gardens, with the river below. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and ultra modern and fully equipped to a high standard. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (one en suite) and two generously proportioned bedrooms on the first floor, which enjoy the same stunning views across the river to the hills beyond. There are superb walks with fantastic views direct from the property. A small footpath leads directly down the banks of the river Lochy. Please note that Nevis Rest, apartment for 2/4 is also situated in the same grounds and may be available to book together, subject to availability.
