Situated in rolling countryside on the borders of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire, Saintbury Grounds Farm is the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Vale of Evesham. Located within 30 acres of farmland near the historic villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden, guests are tucked away from any hustle and bustle whilst the nearest shop, pub and restaurant are all within 2 miles. The three properties are set in newly converted outbuildings close to the owners’ 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse and combine a character exterior with comfortable, contemporary interiors.
The Dairy (ref 30066) is perfect for either a romantic break or a chic country retreat for two friends. Housed in the old milking parlour across the courtyard from the main house, with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings, it is a light and airy space, offering guests an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen as well as bedroom area and well-appointed bathroom.
At the rear of the property, guests will find the Byre (ref 30067), the perfect mix of old and new, the Byre is a cosy and characterful two storey stone property housed in converted farm buildings with views across the Cotswold countryside - just right for a relaxing break. Warm and welcoming, this two-storey, one bedroom property for two, has a fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area and bathroom on the ground floor, and a double bedroom with a 6ft bed and large en-suite bathroom on the first floor. This room boasts stunning views across the garden and open fields beyond, whilst its sunny patio is just the place to relax and unwind. The Byre is the perfect base for keen walkers or those just wanting to enjoy a peaceful country break.
The Hayloft (ref 30068) on the first floor, accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. Calm and relaxing, there are two good-sized bedrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for coming together to eat and relax. The balcony brings the outside in and has wonderful views across the neighbouring fields.
All three properties (refs 30066, 30067 and 30068) can be booked together in any combination to accommodate up to 8 guests.
Located at the northern tip of the Cotswolds and just a few miles from the start of the Cotswold Way, guests will find a plethora of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths stretching straight from the properties, leading through magnificent scenery to some of the prettiest villages the area has to offer. The owners keep a small herd of rare breed sheep and the grounds are a haven for birds and wildlife. Saintbury Grounds Farm is 30 minutes’ drive from Cheltenham Racecourse, an ideal base for racing enthusiasts. There are also a number of golf courses within the immediate area including Broadway, 4 miles, which enjoys wonderful views across the Vale of Evesham. Whether travelling as a couple, family or group of friends, it really is the ideal location for every type of holiday and guest. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

    The inability to control the heating to best suit yourself because it is control ed from elsewhere is unacceptable as is the internet connection. The icing on the cake is a charge is the 50 P charge for an additional toilet roll is absolutely absurd. Why would you choose this accommodation when ther is plenty of better options.

All the radiators in the Dairy have their own thermostats that can be individually controlled by guests and we provide free wifi internet access (subject to reasonable usage limits) with a maximum speed of 20MB, so I’m not sure what about these you found unacceptable. We’ve never charged anyone for toilet paper. I can only apologise if you feel these things impacted on your stay and wish you had raised them with us at any of the times we chatted while you were here, so we could have immediately clarified any misunderstandings to ensure your stay was enjoyable.

    Home from home. Stress free, excellent accommodation set in beautiful surroundings. The only thing we missed was a China cup and saucer. Our sincere thanks to Alison and Garry for their attention to detail in creating such a delightful holiday home.

    This is an absolute gem. I defy anyone staying here not to say wow when they first walk in to the Dairy. The bathroom is a show stopper - fantastic shower and a wonderful bath. The rest of the accommodation, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, etc is of the same impressive standard. The welcome from Gary and Alison matches the accommodation - warm and friendly without being overbearing. They deliver a wonderful stay in a peaceful and tranquil environment which they are rightly proud of. Nice welcome pack of fresh milk,butter,bread,fruit, tea,coffee,sugar and chocolates, so you don't have to rush off to the shops before you arrive. We will be going back, if it's ever available!!

    Lovely stay in a well designed and equipped cottage. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed and a touch of luxury as well. The owners are on site and are approachable and helpful. Very peaceful location and well positioned for exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford.
