Jersey boasts the UK’s warmest weather, all year round. These beautifully serviced apartments, in St Helier, are just a short distance from the delightful waterfront marina. These three properties, Merlin House 1 (ref UKC948), Merlin House 2 (ref UKC950) and Merlin House 3 – Studio (ref UKC949), offer guests well-thought out accommodation with comfort in mind, giving you plenty of space to relax or entertain. Whether you’re in Jersey for business or pleasure, these holiday properties are the perfect accommodation for guests to retire to in an evening.
Ensuring the stresses are taken out of your holiday, the guest services team are on hand at the apartments to assist with their wealth of local knowledge. Take a short stroll from the apartments and you’ll be in Jersey’s vibrant capital, where you’ll find an array of unique shops, small boutiques and fascinating markets, with many offering low duty free prices. Close by, are the towns of St Brelade, Aubin and Gorey, which also offer bespoke boutiques and galleries.
Seafood is the food of choice and there are a wide range of restaurants, beachside cafés, pubs and brasseries to choose from, and between October and November, many places offer ’The Tennerfest’, where you can sample the menus for just £10. Don’t forget to also indulge in some unforgettable Jersey ice-cream.
Aqua Splash Leisure Centre and cinemas can be found at the marina waterfront, perfect for an afternoon with your family. The town is surrounded by striking scenery and beautiful beaches, and the sandy beach at Havre des Pas is just a 10-minute walk away. Nearby, there are golf courses and stunning coastal walks. One of the best ways to explore the island is to hire a bike, or bring your own, as there is a 96-mile cycle network. For the animal lovers, why not visit the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, where you can also sign up for a hands on experience as a keeper. These holiday apartments truly are a breath of fresh air. With so much to see and do around the island, you will never find two days the same. Beach 650 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 110 yards.

All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Public car park, 50 yards away (tickets available at cost). No smoking. Please note: The apartments are allocated on arrival and may be on the ground, first, second, third or fourth floor, with lift access.
