As ever we love this location and the house! Great for the dogs with a super private garden. Beaches close by and lots of super tea shops. We’ll be back!!

We had a wonderful family break. Arrived stressed! Left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The beds are so comfortable, the pillows were the nicest we have rested our heads on. The peace and quiet was just what we all needed. The house has everything you need for a nice holiday a home from home. Shall certainly book again. The owners went above and beyond sending our phone charger and other bits we had left behind.

Cottage is big and very charming and in a lovely location but I found the cleanliness and the lack of comfort to much, the beds were very uncomfortable. The owners are doing a makeover but I feel the lack of comfort lets it down.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; We were sorry to hear about the problem with the beds. In fact, the four single mattresses have been replaced with pocket-sprung versions (the sort you get in top grade hotels), over the past year and the double mattress is to be replaced this month. Regarding cleaning and comfort, I can only refer to what other people have said about the property. This booking was pretty distressing for our cleaner and her husband due to the Farmhouse being left in an unacceptable condition upon departure.

This was a magic holiday house, lots of room and every convenience. It had a great garden, was private , yet close to lovely beaches. It was perfect for a family plus a dog.

This is a lovely big house, very clean and comfortable. The gardens were great, the dogs had great fun exploring the wooded area and running around the lawns. Nice views from garden.

Large and comfortable house. We had an enjoyable stay. Nice and secure for our dogs. Close to some good beaches but only one dog friendly.
