This single storey holiday chalet is situated on a small select holiday park amidst glorious East Devon countryside just one mile from the sea. It is well-equipped and in an ideal location just outside Seaton with its sand and shingle beach which is bordered by an atttractive promenade. Seaton is a traditional Devon seaside town in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, situated on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. There is a small working harbour and many lovely walks. The famous Seaton Tramway ride runs along the Axe Estuary and bird sanctuary to Colyton. The fishing village of Beer is great for a family day out visiting Pecorama, or the Beer Quarry Caves. The seaside village of Branscombe renowned as the longest village in Britain. Shop 50 yards, pubs and restaurant 1 mile.

    Great location for exploring Devon and Dorset. Rowan was very clean and very cozy it is near to the town centre but it is not in walking distance as it is down a very long hill.would stay here again great value for money.
