A lovely cottage and setting however we felt let down in the fact the webpage photographs gave the impression the cottage was more secluded than it actually was, directly next door to the owners. The owners were very welcoming and lovely, providing extra touches for example fresh flowers in the cottage on arrival and dog towels which were needed after they had great fun in the adjoining field and stream. We also felt let down with not being informed at time of booking, that our dogs could not be left alone in the cottage resulting in us booking them into kennels for a few days.

First class accommodation, every thing that you might have forgotten was to hand. Jean and Jon were first class hosts and made us very welcome as did Ben the dog. Great place as a base for the wonderful Somerset area.

Great week spent at Rosie's Barn - got great pic's of the Quantocks wild ponies and only a 5 mins drive up the road. Cottage was sparkling clean and had every thing you would need including a couple off local pubs in Neather Stowey Down side occasional strong smell of fertiliser in the area - did not bother me personally all in all you will not be disappointed staying here.

Loved the cottage and it had everything I needed. If I had to make any criticism, it would be the size of the tv. There was only me and the dogs, so I was out during the day, but stayed in in the evenings, so a larger TV would have been better for my poor eyesight. Other than that I loved everything about it.

We could not have had a better welcome to the property by the owners. This was with arriving at 8.45pm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosie's Barn, the equipment level was very good, the bed was comfortable, upstairs was nice and warm all the time, which in November is not bad at all. We were unable to use the garden but would have had our breakfast/coffee out there without a doubt, with a lovely view to enjoy. The steps leading to the door were a bit slippy and when wet were slippery which could be a problem with the older among us. Overall we had a lovely week, we saw lots of the local area and ventured as far as Somerton, Wells and Glastonbury. Thank you.
