Our second stay at Rose Cottage. The house is spotless, the WiFi excellent, the layout ideal for us (a couple with 5yo boy) and the location great for visiting local attractions. Close enough to the M4 to visit South Wales and 5 minutes drive from the Park and Ride for easy access to Bath. Highly recommended.

An excellent accommodation for 4 people. Very comfortable and clean, the cottage is a great location for nearby Bath, Bristol, Castle Combe etc. Amenities score is low as there is simply nothing in the village. Supermarkets are 25 minutes away.

A lovely clean, well equipped cottage. It was nice to be introduced to the cottage by Monica. A lot of cottage holidays we have had, you find the key behind a key box. The little extras such as hand soap, toilet paper and kitchen roll were thoughtful and appreciated. Little garden area at the back of the cottage was useful and lovely when sat outside in the sun. Few amenities in the village, but good access to shops and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes of the cottage. Excellent base for walking, with walks available straight from the cottage. Would love to return.

We had a very relaxing few nights after a warm welcome and useful tips about where to eat and shop close by. The house was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the wood burner, all the books and the games. Everything has been thought of. There's a peaceful little garden and a play park less than a minute away (mainly suitable for under 7s).

A truly beautiful cottage in a rural, but excellent location for exploring with Dyrham Park 5mins travel by car. A very comfortable and delighful stay; fully equipped with everything you will need. Also lovely surrounding views and walks. We would definitely visit again - thank you.

The parking space in front of the cottage looks more spacious than it is if you have an estate car! The road is extremely quiet. There are some good eating places within a short drive.
