We had a 4 night stay over new year. The cottage was perfect, offering 2 adults 3 children and a dog a lovely break. Nice dog walks and the village pub over the road, which was very friendly and nice food. The cottage was well equipped and spacious and comfortable. Lots of books, games wifi and a wii. Would definitely go back!!

Property has a lot of potential however this property requires a lot of tlc. It needs some serious attention with regards to maintenance. Hygiene standards throughout property below acceptable standards. Struggled to find a clean mug or glass. Property not hoovered. Property overall was dated. Needs a lift.

Second visit to rose cottage for 4 nights and overall no maintenance seemed evident from previous holiday. reedham is dark with no street lighting and both entrances especially the front outside light not working which is a danger as there is a step down to the door. at the rear there is a sequence of steps and again only one light out of three worked. security at the back door has only one yale lock insufficient in this day and age. this year there was a strong smell of damp in the down stairs rooms which was evident on our cloths when we unpacked the cases. it is such a shame so much potential as the location is excellent and the caretaker is always at hand if required.

Rose Cottage was perfect for a weekend break with our two dogs. Great location, comfortable cottage, good pub next door and lots to see close by. Lots of little extras like milk and break on arrival add that extra touch.

We had a short break at Rose Cottage and wished it was longer. Loved the place. The area is beautiful. The cottage had everything you could want and was very comfortable. The garden was very safe for our little dog. 5*. Will definitely go back soon.
