The property was ideally situation to get into Brighton on the buses and is in walking distance of all the amenities. We were able to walk the dog on the beach and enjoy a BBQ in the garden.

Work needs to be done to the taps in the bathroom - no cold water and barely any hot but other than that had a great time as always and will be back!

This is a really lovely cottage in a location that would be difficult to beat. In the village centre only a couple of hundred metres from the beach. A short bus ride to Brighton also. The real fire was a lovely bonus.

Cosy comfortable cottage, a few qwirks as to be expected with an older place. Well eqipped, ideal for the dogs in the enclosed garden. Minor problems with loading/ unloading as garage is tiny and parking difficult, but excellent bus service leave the car and use it especially if you have oap bus pass.4

The rooms were so tiny. Toilet was downstairs and awkward for those not so steady on their feet. No wifi. On the plus side fab location. We arrived just after the cleaner had been and my husband went straight to the loo. His new shorts were completely ruined as there was wet bleach on the toilet and floor.

Rottingdean has everything you could want with the bonus of Brighton just a few minutes along the coast road.

not far from beach and shops . had to be careful of the steps into the bathroom garden not overlooked . Garage very small . bedrooms nice size living room very small. Told we could get into cottage at 3pm but cleaners were late so could not get into cottage until 4pm. Front room window lock was broken.

A gem just off the Rottingdean High street. Neat and tidy with decent facilities. Nice secure cottage garden with seating area. Off street parking in a tight garage with just enough room for a focus estate and then slither out the back door. Folding the wingmirrors essential!
