This beautifully presented, detached bungalow sits in the owner’s well-established garden and has two of Cornwall’s loveliest gardens within a short walk. This area of Cornwall is inundated with many tourist attractions, pretty coastal villages and resorts; from Fowey to Mevagissey the whole of St Austell Bay is dotted with secret coves and secluded beaches, such as Menabilly made famous by Daphne du Maurier. The village of Charlestown, frequently used as a film and TV set, is just a stroll away from the holiday property, and has several good places to eat right on the ancient quayside which is the home to the Tall Ships used on many films. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, both a must for all visitors to Cornwall, are close by and can even be visited by bike - a cycle hire centre can be found in the village of Pentewan across the bay. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 0.25 miles.

All on ground floor: Living room with double sofa bed (for alternative sleeping) and patio doors/dining room/kitchen with wooden floor. 1 double (5ft) bedroom. Shower room with toilet.

    This is a very pleasant well maintained property in a quite location but not to far from the local attractions. The closes dog friendly pub is the Holmbush Inn which is about a ten minute walk. If you have a dog, another useful thing to get is the Dogs Love Cornwall map which tells you about the dog friendly places and beaches. If you turn right outside the property there is a large field within a five minutes walk for exercising your dog. There is a large Tesco and Asda with five minutes drive from the property.
