This was our third visit - we love Richmond Hoo! It is like a second home. Sue and Chris are great hosts. We had a fantastic stay. Our daughter loves coming back here. She always wants to stay in the Hoo instead of going out. This is a wonderful location to visit with a dog. Woodbridge must be the most dog friendly town ever - so many shops that welcome dogs. Lovely walks with fantastic play equipment - something for everyone. Hoping to visit again next year.

We have stayed in holiday cottages for many years and this is definitely the best - comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are a number of walks from the cottage and there is a very well stocked shop nearby. The area is quiet and unspoiled by mass tourism. On arrival there was milk and wine in the fridge and brownies and chocolate Easter eggs. Sue the owner was on hand if we needed anything. We hope to return in the future.

This was the best holiday let we have stayed in. Everything was provided for, plenty of toilet rolls, cleaning materials, even poo bags & biscuits for the dog. It was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. The owners even provided homemade brownies & a bottle of wine as a welcoming gesture. The bungalow had a safe enclosed garden for the dog with garden furniture for warmer days. I would highly recommend this property.

A first class cottage, with everything you could possibly want. Very friendly owners, made us feel very welcome without intruding. Tea, coffee, milk all available when arriving and the most amazing chocolate brownies. Very dog friendly, fantastic enclosed garden and a special tin of doggy biscuits. A brilliant area for dog walking, everything we could have possibly wanted. Will be booking again.

We could not fault the cottage. It is so well thought out, comfortable and spotless with everything you could need, beautifully decorated, with the bonus of a large garden for the dog/s. A lot of thought has gone into making the cottage homely and relaxing. The welcome pack of wine, cake, milk, flowers and dog biscuits was very generous. Bearing in mind that we stayed late November we found the area very dark and other than a village shop, and a dog friendly pub, there is not an awful lot to do in the area. The local people were very friendly. However, a car is a must.

We stayed here last year, and nothing has changed- the property is very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. It's the perfect location for dog walking, bird watching and just walking in a variety of quiet settings. Sue is very friendly and welcoming. We'll be going back next year.
