A lovely cottage in early March, would be superb in summer when the garden, with stream, could be fully enjoyed! However the excellent open fire and the warm welcoming ambience more than made up for it. It is very reassuring to have the very helpful house keeper just along the road should you need anything. Bear in mind that the kitchen is very small, it really is a one person space. The cottage is well equipped, the only things I really missed were a caff tier (probably spelt wrong!) and bin-liners. The road immediately outside leads to the Clintraive ferry only so is mostly very quiet, but beware some cars do go pretty quickly. One of the great delights was the tremendous amount bird life seen directly from the cottage.
