Spacious cottage, with an easy walk to Lulworth Cove. Conveniently situated for visiting other places such as Wareham, Corfe Castle, Durdle Door etc. The local shop is well stocked. The local pub is okay for a drink but we didn't rate the food that much. But the restaurant at the Limestone hotel was fabulous! The Lulworth Cove Inn was also good for food. In the kitchen, some extra cutlery would have been useful and a cheese grater. Also, there was no shaving mirror in one of the en suites. There is a bookcase but it was locked! Not sure if that was just accidental or not. There should be some clearer instructions about rubbish and recycling. We could only find last year's collection timetable and had no idea what to put out when. Luckily they did take what we did put out. Just a few tweaks would really make a big difference to this cottage.

This cottage has a lot going for it but it needs a few things sorting out! It was a perfect location and a comfortable place to stay. However there were certain aspects that needed improvement. *One of the towels was quite stained *the information folder was badly out of date...we had to Google days for refuse collection information. * we couldn't find 4 matching glasses *there were rubbish bags by the back door when we arrived and a large number of empty wine bottles. *I never managed to contact the housekeeper in spite of trying on a number of occasions before and during our stay *in one of the bedrooms the bedside table was missing the lace cover which the other one had. None of these made us want to leave but all could have made our stay pleasanter had they been dealt with.

We had a fantastic holiday in a great location with lovely weather and it was fab that the cottage had a high chair and travel cot. There was plenty of space for us in the cottage and generally everything we needed was there, there where a few little bits that could do with updating/ modernising.

We were really pleased with the overall size of the property and the kitchen was fantastic. Very spacious and well equipped. On the negative side there were a lot of cobwebs. There were a number of lamps not working . The garden was very overgrown and the grass had not been cut in some time. The outside furniture was also very dirty. There were a number of outside bins that were overflowing with rubbish. Also one of the drawers within the small bedroom was completely broken and the front was hanging off. Upon arrival the additional single beds were not made and there was no bedding within the property. The tv in the kitchen also did not work and no instructions were available Just think that considering the cost, there were a lot of details that could have been better.

only gripe was parking and traffic for such a narrow street. David the maintainance man dealt with any faults quickly.
