Property has great potential but let down by a few maintenance matters. Many light bulbs needed replacement, as did battery in smoke detector.

Overall a very nice cottage to say in. However, there are issues that need urgent attention. When we arrived there was no key left for us to gain access, we couldn't get hold of the caretaker team. The cleanliness was OK, but could do with a deep clean. There also seams to be a major problem with the recycling and rubbish collections. When we went in the garden there must of been a whole months worth of rubbish in the garden, not pleasant. The garden its self could be lovely but again lacking care. The BBQ was unusable as it was still full of old ashes and water. Having said all that it is in a lovely location and with a few tweaks and a little extra care could be a 5* holiday cottage.

Not well maintained, garden overgrown, could be cleaned better. Rubbish/recycling needs sorting - no wheelie bins! Caretaker never answers phone. Inadequate parking 'space'. However, could be really lovely as spacious and quite comfortable, excellent location. Think star rating reassessing as expensive for the quality.
