Great little cottage in a super location with comfortable beds & sofas plus off street parking. Just let down by:- 1. lack of some basic provisions - toilet roll, sugar; 2. tiny towels & very cosy bathroom that would prove difficult for larger or elderly people; 3. no freezer (the key we were given didn't open the outside store); 4. a lack of any local information about the cottage or Reedhan - i.e.: would have useful to know that there's a PO and a local shop in the village; 5. no broadband. Not having Wifi isn't normally a problem but with almost non-existent phone signal (one intermittent bar for both O2 & Vodaphone networks) made it impossible to do the basics - emails, phone family, as well as research days out/ local attractions (all off which say "go online for more info") plus look up the weather etc etc. None of the above limitations would have been a problem if it had been explicit on the website. That said, just having one toilet roll for a week for 4 people and not having any sugar on the welcome tea tray really let this property down.

Cosy cottage beside the river, with patio garden for sitting and watching the boats go by. Two pubs in village, only one serving food when we were there. Nice walking along the river and round the village. Reedham is quiet, 15 mins from main road and the cottage has no wifi and limited mobile signal so ideal for a relaxing break. Norfolk has loads to see and do from the broads to the coast and good dog walking. Norwich itself is close with good park & ride and all the shops sights and activities.

This cottage was small, but well laid out, which, with its low-lying ceilings, gave it a cosy feel. The amenities are very good and the kitchen in particular has plenty of daylight to organize cooking, packed lunches, etc. With windows on 4 sides (the kitchen extension for the 4th) the cottage was very well lit - some cottages can be dark and dingey; this was the opposite. The cottage has a back yard for storing bins, etc, but the cottages focus is very much towards the front garden. This is very well kept and is sheltered to large extent from strong Westerly winds by the bank of tress nearby. This made for a very fresh, well-lit ambience which made out stay particularly peaceful.
