We had a really lovely time at Ptarmigan. Beautiful surroundings and the property was very well equipped. Shame the second room was a twin (rather than a double) but thats a minor gripe which we knew when we booked. Had this been a normal week (i.e. not over the NYE period) it would be a 10/10. Seemed a little pricy and felt a bit disappointed to receive an automated email from Cottages4U a few days later offering me the same cottage for another week at considerably less. Not very clever of C4U. Overall though a wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings Hopefully we'll stay again.
