The flat was clean, comfortable and very good value. Beds were very good. The only 2 minus points were the lack of Wi fi and the flight of 39 - ( yes we counted ) steps from the ground floor which was a bit tiring after the 20 minute walk back from the sea, but we managed it OK. Great location with a park opposite and a Waitrose and 2 pubs within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop outside the property and I have never seen so many buses. The area is very busy so you have to be fast on your feet across the roads. The flat was very quiet and if there were guests in the other flats we were not aware of them. The owners live on site so any queries could have been dealt with straight away. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely week - very relaxing and restful. The location is excellent, with good facilities within a short stroll, as well as the benefits o Eastbourne itself. The property was ample for our needs, with a good layout of space. We couldn't find the wifi signal, if there is one... Which could be useful to some guests.

Accommodation was just perfect,on arrival we were met by the owner Mrs Rowley who was most pleasant, she showed us to our apartment which was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed, only wish we could have spent more time in it as we were visiting people.Loved Eastbourne Beachyhead and especially Brighton which is well worth going to,we took the train as they run fairly frequently from the station.Lots of good pubs and restaurants in Eastbourne especially The Lamb and a good Indian near by to,we will definetly go back to stay here and will recommend it to anyone visiting Eastbourne.

Great place to stay, only wish it had WiFi and I had read more closely that it didn't before we booked. We loved our stay here even without wifi, we found ourselves doing things that we used to do before technology took over our lives!! Considering booking here again for a long weekend next summer.....
