This detached holiday cottage is set in the small hamlet of Millpool with a 16th century gravel lane leading to the property. It is close to a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of Bodmin Moor, in the heart of superb walking country. Cardingham Woods and the Camel Trail are nearby and the cottage is perfectly located for exploring the north and south coasts. This single-storey holiday cottage has a bright and airy interior, with designer soft furnishings that give a homely feel. The living room features a full aspect gable window; French doors give way to a sunny patio area with country views and wildlife in abundance. For keen cyclists, there’s a cycle hub within 4 miles, along with many off road cycle routes for all the family. Shop and pub 2 miles.

    Mr and Mrs Hendry the owners were very welcoming. The cottage was absolutely lovely, spacious and well maintained and provided an excellent base to enjoy Cornwall. Thank you

    We enjoyed our stay at the cottage, we were two couples and I liked the fact we each had an en suite shower room. It is prettily furnished and had everything we needed. The owners are friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. It is in a very peaceful location and not far from Bodmin which has all the amenities. We would certainly stay there again.

    Really enjoyed our stay at Praze Cottage. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the cottage was very comfortable. Great location, being in the centre of the county it wasn't too far to travel to see the best of what Cornwall has to offer.

    The cottage was very good. Our only drawback was getting to and from it because the highways agency had built a wall across the main access road to the village. This resulted in a lengthy diversion. The cottage was clean and very comfortable and the owners, who lived next door were friendly and very polite.

    Lovely week, weather was excellent and hosts were helpful but unobtrusive. It was our first holiday with our dog Dexter, and he made friends with Ziggy the owners dog. Only downside was the roadworks on the A30 and in Bodmin town centre which made it tricky to get anywhere north of Bodmin.
