At the front of the house guests can enjoy the sunset under the pergola or sunbathe on the lawn around the pool. The lawn slopes down a little towards the pond which has a natural waterfall and is an excellent place for swimming. This is an excellent location if you wish to go walking in the Pratomagno Mountains (1,600m). Other places to visit include Arezzo (30km), Florence (50km), and Sienna (60km). The charming town of Loro Ciuffena with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars is just 2.5km and can be reached by via a pleasant path along a stream.
