Nice location spoiled by the adjacent main road. Cottage upstairs is good along with bathrooms/ensuites etc. The creaking from the stair is horrendous and some floors are similar. The main problem was the dining room area which is too small to accomodate 12 people together with the fact that all food had to be carried through the hall to this cramped area. The sofas had seen better days and there were many minor details which had never been attended to. The property would definitely benefit from a kitchen/dining. We have been renting in October for more than 10 years at different locations and we would go back to all of the previous but not this one.

great for a big group. Stairs need looking at though as they are very creaky. Also need to like cats as the farm cat makes himself very welcome!

Property looks and sounds very tired (noisiest staircase ever heard). List of snagging issues in customer feed back book still not acted upon months down the line. Pictures on website deceiving ( not spacious) Would be lovely if it had a bit of money thrown at it.

Fab cottage, really friendly and helpful owner. 6/10 is only because the cottage is in town, otherwise perfect. Would deffo stay again!
