A beautiful house in a lovely peaceful location. It exceeded our expectations. Two fantastic beaches a short drive away. Solva itself is a pretty village with a picturesque harbour. We had been worried about the house rule of allowing our dog only in the kitchen but this was not a problem at all as it is a lovely big family space. Loved the games room and would love to come again at a more affordable time of year. The coastal path walks are amazing. Particularly liked White sands to St Davids head.

A lovely large comfortable house in a beautiful location with great views. Our group enjoyed the games, pool table and puzzles. Some comfortable garden furniture would have been nice as yes we did get some sun. Lower Solva is 10/15 minute steep walk away but worth the effort. When the tide is out you can walk around the beach. Our dog enjoyed the break as much as we did and enjoyed the beaches and chasing stones in the river. It is a dog friendly area, although the garden is not secure it did not cause us any problems. The house is expensive to rent in high season and towels are extra, but we it was perfect for our group and comes highly recommended.

+ Very lovely large cottage with excellent facilities, comfy beds and parking. Nice view, large garden and good parking space. We really liked the place. - It is expensive to rent so it is a bit much to charge extra for towels. Some of the information could do with updating. Kitchen is great but needs a tin opener and oven gloves. More than one key would be helpful for a party of any size. It was rainy and cold when we were there in June/July and the cottage can be a bit drafty so it would have been nice to have been able to have some heating. Door to patio has a gap underneath and lets in water when it rains.

One of the best equipped holiday lets we've stayed in. Clean and comfortable, couldn't fault it.

We had a wonderful week with exceptional weather for October. The property was excellent. We did find the oven rather complicated but it did what we wanted. Didn't try the hob as we only found the instructions late on. The location was really good with wonderful views from all the sea facing rooms and the shop and harbour were only a short walk from the house.

Accommodation really met our needs. Had booked for 7 family members but last minute 2 members couldn't make it so there was more than ample space and facilities for the 4 adults and one 4year old who stayed. Games room was very popular, particularly on the Wednesday when it rained all day! Garden was lovely. Really safe place for grandson, (and adults) to play. Fantastic views of the sea from the front of the house, particularly the dining area. Great extremely well equipped kitchen.
