From here many walks are close by while the sights of beautiful Sudbury Hall is just down the road. All the attractions of the Peak District are near as is the market town of Ashbourne. Alton Towers is just a 15-20-minute drive away. For an interesting day out, pay a visit to Matlock Bath, where you will find The Heights of Abraham. Here, a single ticket gives you a return trip by cable car, guided tours of two famous caverns and several other attractions for all the family. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, restaurant 2 miles.
