The cottage was in an excellent location but needed attention - it was not clean with crumbs on worktops and carpets. The grass had not been cut for months.

Lovely location, great view of Loch Fyne. Plenty of places to visit nearby - Inverary, Dunoon, Isle of Bute to name a few all around 20 miles or less with magnificent views along the way. It's a great area for walking, running and cycling or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The Clachan Bar is cosey and friendly, the Creggans is good for food but a bit pricey. The main thing that would improve the property would be a proper shower. Other than that it's excellent, lots of room for everyone, easy to use central heating, all the appliances like the fridge, freezer, washing machine all appear brand new and the TV with Netflix, You Tube great. The wi-fi is also very handy and was reliable.

The cottage was spacious, cosy and warm with beautiful views of Loch Fyne. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and Three dogs. As there was a conservatory with a table in meant the children could use one of tables for craft activities and we could dine in the conservatory with the beautiful views of Loch Fyne. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook any meal or bake with the children. The internet and netflix were excellent and made for a very relaxing holiday. The garden was not totally dog secure as there was no gate at the front but it was a nice area for the dogs and children to play in.

Lovely cottage with everything you could need. Smart tv with a netflix subcription was a nice touch for the rainy days.

it was a shame it was not dog friendly garden, couldn't sit outside at all, dogs had to be on the lead when they needed to go outside. very limited on walks, for when you want to stay local. the oven hop wasn't very clean, had clean it before using it. Weather was very good. Locals were very nice. We don't think we would come and stay at pinetrees again, but we did enjoy our stay.

Lovely family break in well equipped cottage. Well positioned to make use of sunshine with sun room and conservatory. very comfortable beds. Only one thing which would have preferred for personal preference was not having a stand up shower, only a bath.
