Nice Cottage at reasonable price and distance from London. Big kitchen and all rooms but one have very decent size. Garden is nice, with lake and animals. Great if you have young children. No need to go far to have entertainment. Caretaker was very friendly.

8 of us had a fantastic weekend at Pine View. The cottage itself is spacious and very comfortable and we really appreciate the efforts made to welcome us in terms of leaving a food hamper for us. The land itself is beautiful and going boating on the lake was one of the highlights of the trip, another was feeding the farm animals. Very friendly farmers and lots of amenities only a short drive away.

Great property, great location, we have to thank the owner for the tea, milk and biscuits ready for as to use when we arrived. Clean and tidy house, well equipped ( a tumble dryer its the only thing missing in the house ). Great for a big family. Would recommend!

The best holiday cottage we've ever stayed at. Beautifully clean and furnished to a high standard. The surrounding gardens are stunning. The children thoroughly enjoyed feeding the animals everyday and we all loved going out on the boat on the lake. We cannot wait to go back next year!

We had a lovely stay in the bungalow. It is very spacious and well equipped and was ideal for 7 of us. The animals in the farm would be great for children but our grown up children enjoyed feeding them as well! Thanks for use of your lovely bungalow

A wonderful place to stay - very thoughtfully prepared - with a great welcome basket of goodies to eat and milk in the fridge. we couldn't have booked a better venue for our family to enjoy time together. Would love to return in the summer months!

Love this place, our 4th visit and we plan to return. As a group of ladies that spend the week crafting with the occasional walk we tend to cook with a couple of visits to the pub. More cooking utensils would be useful. The house has everything we need and lots of space with excellent lighting for us to craft. Can't wait for next year!! The
