Very hard to find and the directions are completely wrong. For a cottage that size you need more fridge space. The wet room is wrongly designed for a wchar user to shower - need rails beside the seatnand the seat needs to be higher. Also the seat is too far from the shower head andcontrols. Really the seat and rails need to be on the wall under the showerhead.

We really enjoyed this cottage and the cottage itself was perfect, we couldn't get over how much land there was and how peaceful it was, there is a working farm next door, but apart from driving past them, while at the cottage you don't notice them. The only thing that lets the cottage down are the little things such as the patio chairs and bbq were in need of a good clean, it took me two nights to get all the chairs clean so we could sit in them, and then the sun never came back out to enjoy them! Overall we had a great time and for eight people the space in the cottage is amazing, would definitely return if we ever wanted to go south again. It was a perfect location with lots to do, legoland was only 1hr away and there are lots of lovely National Trust properties to do aswell.

Our second time of using this venue for a family weekend celebration and it was just as good as the first time even though the lakes were frozen and fish not biting. We are sure we will be back again in the future.

Lovely accomodation took a little while for bedrooms to heat up with underfloor heating but when they did really cosy log burner in lounge worked a treat creating warmth and atmosphere . Setting amidst the lakes super and everyone loved the animals on site. Pub with good food and large children's play within a couple of minutes walk if you don't want to cook Already looking at dates for next year
