Pilgrims Rest is a lovely light, spacious and contemporary two bedroomed apartment located in the historic Ebenezer Chapel in the little village of Gunnislake. Situated on the Cornwall and Devon border in the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with mining heritage, the chapel sits off the high street just a 5-minute walk from the local shop, butchers and pub. On the Cornwall side of the River Tamar you have the fabulous riverside village of Calstock whilst, on the Devon side, Tavistock is just a 10-minute drive, with the fabulous Dartmoor National Park, perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding.

Lovely little apartment. Had everything we needed in there. Did not have to travel far for days out and found some great places to eat very close by (Louis Tea Rooms, The Rifle Volunteer). Not to far to Looe, which was a lovely day out (we went twice). Cotehele National Trust property near by, which was a lovely walk with an old mill, The donkey sanctuary was a good day out for the children.
