Fantastic cottage in a lovely spot, really accommodating, clean an spacious, felt like a home from home, with so many bedrooms it would benefit from a second loo and the shower was very weak, but these are really minor niggles and we had a great time

If you would like a cottage surrounded by stunning countryside scenery and peace and quiet then Penrhiw cottage is for you. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped to make you feel at home. A very comfortable cottage with lovely grounds and a beautiful garden for sitting out in on a summers day or evening. The cottage is not a million miles from local amenities such as supermarkets, pubs restaurants and the beach. If I was to stay in this area of Wales again I would not have to look any further for accommodation as I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice - only negatives: kitchen cold in mornings and firewood a bit damp... apart from that has everything to make you comfortable. Very clean and very nice

We all had a wondeful stay at Penrhiw - the cottage was perfect! It was a home away from home with all the extra equipment in the house, games and DVD's for the kids and the real wood fire made it extremely cosy. Location wise is great to explore the surrounding and just ashort drive from Aberystwyth.
