In the attractive fell side hamlet of Brampton, this well presented, semi-detached holiday home has been tastefully furnished and is well equipped. There is excellent walking from the doorstep and a pub serving food is a short stroll away. The historic market town of Appleby, 3 miles, is well served with a good selection of shops, golf, fishing, riding, a leisure centre and station on the scenic Settle to Carlisle Railway. An excellent base to explore the contrasting, but equally spectacular scenery of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Park, both of which are within 30 minutes’ drive. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

    Lovely cottage, very well equipped. Really comfy beds and lovely feather duvets. Stunning views. Living room was cozy but we knew that. Want to return next year. The only negative was parking in very narrow road. The one time we went to use the pub car park the land lord questioned us, but this did not detract a wonderful week in a stunning cottage.
