This cottage is fantastic and quite spacious. We went as a family of 4 adults and 3 young children and there was plenty of space for our children to play. The cottage is very well equipped and also pet friendly (although this time we came pet free) with a grassy area for you dog to play and plenty of walks too. Free view tv via a Sky box (no WiFi) although the phone signal with EE 4G and Vodafone 3G was the best I've ever known in North Wales. The nearby forest and coastal areas are beautiful and there is a very nice town to the north, Llangefni, which has a big Asda and many other shops too. The friendly owner welcomed us upon arrival and gifted us with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. There is a small shop nearby which also sells fast food and is rather tasty. Also a small cafe. Although for a good meal you need to drive for it. Overall we were so very happy about our stay in this gem of a cottage that we hope to make future returns. Thank you.

Cottage had everything you could possibly need. Spacious and clean. Owner attended promptly when there was a problem with the TV due to the wind. Welcome gift on arrival was very thoughtful.

Second time we've stayed at this cottage. Great base for cycling, walking, beach and relaxing. Location is very quiet. It is a superb spot and accommodation for a family holiday to unwind.

This was a return visit for our family. Very peaceful and beautiful setting. Ideal for walkers, birdwatchers and lovers of nature. Nearby Newborough forest with its sand dune walks to the beach is magnificent. Llanddwyn Island, off Newborough beach is a very special place with sheltered coves and secret places. Pen Lynn provides a spacious, calm retreat with wonderful views across the open countryside. The house is warm and everything needed for a comfortable and restful break is provided. The Malltraeth estuary, an area of outstanding natural beauty - need I say more.

Lovely bungalow with lots of space and a nice, secluded secure garden area for our dog. We were made to feel very welcome too by owners who were there to greet us and hand over keys. Stunning estuary view and walk just a short walk away on dyke opposite. Tried to see if it was free again later in the year(it wasn't!) We would wholeheartedly recommend

Lovely cottage in rural location. Super comfortable beds, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of space for five adults. Pets were well provided for too.

The photos don't do this cottage justice. We have just come back from an amazing week in the best cottage we've ever rented. The cottage was spotless on arrival, with everything you could need. The garden was secure so perfect for our dog and 2 small children. The cottage was really spacious. Very private with just a track down to the farm/campsite but we had no noise problems with this. Great area for walking the dog, and the children loved all of the cows/sheep/horses in the neighbouring fields. You certainly can't be disappointed with this cottage, and it's a great base for discovering Anglesey :) would definitely (and have already) recommend this cottage

Wonderful cottage, very good hosts, love Anglesey. Only comment - when we started cooking we found the oven shelves covered with tinfoil. This affects the circulation of warm air and lengthens cooking times. We didn't remove as we presumed it had been placed there in an attempt to keep the oven clean. Minor point, in no way did it detract from a splendid break. It's certainly a very roomy bungalow with lots of views over the countryside.

The cottage was comfortable and the owners could not have been more helpful. We liked the open country views all round, including the mountains of Snowdonia, and the many interesting walks nearby, from which we saw the former homes not only of the bird artist Charles Tunnicliffe but also of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. An excellent centre for visiting bird reserves with good access to all of Anglesey and the local mainland.
