The cottage is in a quiet location, not to far from local amenities, perfect location for us. Cottage is warm and cosy, with just enough equipment for 4 people. Two bathrooms a bonus!

Lovely cottage and lovely hosts and in such a great position. Our second year at these cottages for the Norfolk Restaurant week/s.

The cottage was in a quiet location and was beautifully warm in readiness for our arrival. It was nicely furnished and looked even better than the photos we had seen of it. The welcome gift was very generous and much enjoyed. Although we loved the cottage (were attending a wedding very closeby) we would not stay again as they do not allow dogs and if we are holidaying in the UK we always take our dog. Otherwise we would return.

the location was peaceful and relaxing and we were able to get out and about visiting various castles and historical houses. However, a few things in the cottage were in need of repair or not working and although reported to the cleaner nothing was done about it. 1 extractor fan in bathroom not working 2 shaving point over the toilet not working 3tap dripping in bathroom 4 can opener in kitchin not working

The cottage had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring Norfolk. The walk to Castleacre across the ford and past the priory was lovely.

A great week with lovely weather too. A wonderfully quiet and peaceful location from which we explored Norfolk.

Lovely location right outside Castle Acre but let down by an average cottage. Not very clean, poor shower, broken hoover, small travel cot instead of advertised cot, just didn't feel particularly well looked after. A bit more effort from the (perfectly nice) owners would have really made the difference and offered far better value for money. We'd go back to the area, but not this cottage.

Lovely small cottage on a quiet farm. No traffic so kids could walk down lane to the ford and paddle without having to worry. Supermarket/local shops 5mins away with all you need. Lovely pub within walking distance and plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Beautiful countryside a must place to go.

Holy boys was a very nice accommodation and just the right size for us. Its nicely furnished and lovely and warm. The garden was great for the kids to run around in and the welcome bottle of wine + was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay.
