Fantastically located for exploring the coast and the broads. The beach at Hopton was by far one of the best around.

The cottage was extremely well equipped and extremely clean. It was very apparent that the owners had put a lot of thought into making sure that the holidaymaker was comfortable. Although the cottage was close to a lovely beach there were no decent eating places in Hopton that we found very disappointing and inconvenient.

After a disastrous start to our holiday in another cottage Louise and Lionel saved the day by allowing us to stay at Pebble Cottage. This cottage is well equipped without being over cluttered and there was plenty of free cupboard space for food. This has got to be the cleanest holiday cottage we have ever stayed at and there were lots of lovely little touches for visitors. Milk, biscuits, tea and coffee were provided along with a dog biscuit for Ellie. The beach was lovely for us and the dog and only a short walk away. This cottage is ideal for visiting local seaside resorts and there is a good coastal walk close by. There is no WiFi in the cottage but we found a BT hotspot we could use. Thank you again Louise and Lionel

We had a lovely stay but we frequently find wherever we stay that however well equipped it is there are rarely kitchen tongs don't know why this is but is a small irritation when cooking breakfast.😏

Lovely time with our two year old daughter and her first holiday. Close to the beach and plenty to do nearby. Lovely, welcoming and clean. Had everything we needed. The only problem was the parking which I didn't think would be much of a problem but with a little one it got a bit stressful near the main road.
