This is an excellent place to stay. We were attending a wedding so 9 of our family were able to stay here in great comfort. It's like the tardess! From the outside it looks quite small but once you step inside the door it's a huge house with large sitting room, dining area, conservatory, and kitchen, it has five large bedrooms with three ensuite and a beautiful family bathroom and another toilet off the utility room. The whole house is full of cupboards, drawers and wardrobes so plenty of space for everyone's belongings. At no time did we feel cramped in this house so with 9 people tells you how big it is. They put in a welcome pack of beer, crisps and cereals, milk which was great. There were also all the things you normally have to buy such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products, oil, stock cubes etc. Amazing. The caretaker is excellent - any niggles or problems are dealt with immediately - we only had one and it was sorted within half an hour. It's immaculately kept and very clean. We will definitely use this again as it's two minutes away from my daughters house so best ever location for us. Newmarket has some fantastic little eateries too so you don't need to cook at all if you prefer not to and they are all just within a few minutes walk from the house. The new horse museum is a great place to visit too with a nice gift shop.
