A delightful little cottage in a charming village. Friendly, helpful owners who provide everything needed for your stay including a welcome package. There is a good village pub and a community run shop which is well stocked and has bread, milk and eggs etc. Within easy reach of the coast and places of interest.

Immaculately clean, tidy cottage, with majority ' named ' goods, e.g. BOSE, Laura Ashley and SMEG. Welcome food in fridge on arrival. Could not fault the cleanliness. Owners lived next door, and both very friendly!!! Only downside. Parking, they own three 4x4 vehicles. Good job we didn't have one too! Always worried about hitting something when reversing out. One local pub, which is god in this day and age, but expensive. Adequate supplies available from volunteer run village shop. Overall, a pleasant, warm and cosy stay.

The cottage is located in a very quiet and pleasant village. There is a good community store together with a very friendly ,well priced pub ,doing good value meals. The cottage is very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The owners live in the attached house and are the perfect hosts. They could simply have not been more friendly and helpful. While we knew the cottage was small we just did not realise quite how cramped the living/bedroom would be. The kitchen has an excellent fridge/ freezer, cooker etc. and is equipped and stocked to a high standard. The shower room is also well equipped. The heating(if needed)would provide a very cosy cottage and there is an excellent Tv and dvd.

Really enjoyed the stay. Small but very comfortable. Useful to be in a village with a pub and shop.

on arrival Paula made us feel very welcome while showing us around the cottage. the cottage is very compact with much thought gone into making it very attractive and comfortable it is adequate for a couple. The gardens are lovely and we were able to sit out thereon a couple of occassions

The property was very compact although beautifully equipped and very warm. Basically it was a bedsit with a small kitchen but the fittings and equipment was brilliant. Although it was shown as a bedsit in the photographs we thought there would be a bit more room to manoeuvre around.

I loved staying at Orchard Cottage but I do like space and I found it a bit small with the bed sitting room. I found the intermittent access to wi fi a bit frustrating as the phone signal was poor and it was difficult to stay in touch or use the internet for general use. The only reason I wouldn't stay again was the space.

The property was all that we would expect; clean, warm and snug and so well equipt.
