Really lovely cottage in a lovely village. Ideal for our autumn break, with lots of walks along muddy footpaths.

From the moment we arrived we just felt at home. It was so cosy and lovely staying there. We enjoyed family games around the fire, slept well and were able to cook substantial meals in the well equipped kitchen as well as eating on our first night in the friendly and conveniently situated local pub. Great place to stay and we will definitely be returning.

We found the cottage to be clean, warm and comfortable. Beams an occasional problem when you forgot they were there! My husband missed having an efficient shower arrangement but all in all the cottage was very well equipped and the homely touches such as flowers and provisions were appreciated.

Perfect location, lovely cottage; watch out for the beams! All in all a wonderful spot.

A beautifully equipped cottage which really was a home from home. Fresh flowers when we arrived as well as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which were most welcome after a long journey! Fantastic walks right on the doorstep and a friendly local pub. The beams really are low and if you are over 6' you will have to stoop to get around to avoid the odd bump on the head as my husband found out!!
