We had a very enjoyable holiday. Porch House was ideally situated for getting about to visit all the places we had planned to see. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We found the food and service at the Three Kings - in the centre of Haddenham - was excellent. The Spar store and the fish and chip shop (which was also a Chinese take-away) very handy.

We were just looking for a place to sleep and relax in - and Old Porch House did provide this. The stairs were more difficult than we had anticipated, but we did manage for the six nights we stayed there.

Response on behalf of the owner- We were delighted to welcome you to the Old Porch House and pleased that you found it a good place to relax. I’m sorry that you found the stairs challenging but the property is over 400 years old and therefore, has its fair share of quirkiness; it seems, however, that it didn’t spoil your enjoyment of the cottage. I hope we will meet again in the future.

Went away to work so didn't leave the cottage but for the most part it was a very good stay. The hosts were very friendly and a bottle of wine sweetened the deal. Would stay again.
