we spent a week with Daisy and her lovely pets, and we had a wonderful week, our two dogs also enjoyed every moment. The garden was very large so they could run and run which was lovely to see. The cottage was like being home from home every thing was wonderful, nothing was a miss, a very well equipped kitchen, lots of sofas, nice tv and lovely beds the shower was more powerful tha ours at home. We were there in october and though it would be cold but it was lovely and warm all the time in the cottage, Daisy had even left things for the dogs, towels, treats ect. We would love to stay there again if possible when we have a break. We have stayed in some lovely cottages all over the country and this one is really lovelly, dogs go free which is a bonus these days.Well done Daisy.

We were delighted with our stay in Old Oak cottage! Daisy made us feel very free and relaxed on our first doggy holiday. While being dog friendly, everything was very presentable and comfortable. The cottage has real character with old oak beams visible in most rooms. The premises were very well kept and it was great having free access to the tennis court and golf putting on the lawn. The location was very peaceful and pleasant with plenty of walking options straight from the door step. We found the price was very reasonable for a school holiday - albeit February half term. Daisy started us off with a welcome offering of milk, eggs, shortbread, tea, coffee etc. The children all loved it and we will be returning at our earliest opportunity! Highly recommended.
