We were visiting friends who live 2 miles from the cottage so a great location for us. We travelled as a family of three and the cottage was perfect for our needs. Clean, welcoming and comfortable. It is a great base for visiting the area and we got to see and do plenty with our two year old son. Would definitely stay here again.

Great holiday spot, right next to Plympton castle and easy access to Plymouth as well as Dartmoor. Cottage lovely for a small family and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very pleasant short stay in this charming and beautifully appointed ground floor flat. We found we had all we needed, the bed was comfortable and everything beautifully clean. The lady living opposite was on hand for anything we needed. The Old Church School is historically interesting, set in the ancient part of town right against the castle Motte. We valued the off-road parking and the quiet location. We shall certainly book again when we next need to visit Plympton.

It was a convenient location for our requirements as we need to regularly visit family. The main bedroom and bathroom were lovely. The second bedroom was a little claustrophobic as the bunk beds take up quite a lot of room and there was not enough natural light. The biggest disappointment was the living area it was just too small and compact for us.I did not find the one sofa comfortable to sit and relax in the evening and did not want to sit in a line. I found the work surfaces to be limited and a dishwasher would have been very useful. I would only stay again if the living area was enlarged and the sitting area more comfortable.
