    Response from: administrator

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your reply we hoped you enjoyed your welcome pack we left you. I am so sorry that you felt our windows were dirty we do have a window cleaner in and check the windows before anyone comes into the property so I can’t understand what went wrong on this occasion as we’ve never encountered this problem before, so I can only apologise. To my knowledge there was one day’s work carried out on the river bank opposite Oaktree Lodge back in July, since then no other work has been carried out. We have not received any other complaints regarding this. Where you mentioned the riverbank being dangerous there has been large boulders placed at the river bank edge to prevent anyone driving over the river bank. They’ve been there for 20 years and we have never received a complaint. The lighting is adequate and there are 100 watt lamps positioned at intervals of 10M apart. In addition to this lighting we have 300W flood lights at each lodge which come on automatically for five minute as guest or cars pass each light. The footpaths which you refer to on the main road this is out of our control as transport Scotland will not provide footpaths due to the low amount of residence in the area. Can I please stress we do our very best to keep our property to a clean high standard and I am so sorry you didn’t feel this was the case. I have taken on board your comments and I appreciate them.
