Lovely clean cottage, very home from home.Really tranquil with beautiful surroundings. Owner,Helen was very welcoming . Hot tub was nice and relaxing.A step going into it would be helpful but didn't ruin the experience. Local shop,Stan's had everything you could need and sold lots of fresh local produce and the local people were very friendly. The wi-fi was fine until the Saturday evening then went off but it didn't bother me but it did the kids. We would definitely go back and explore more around the area

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for staying with us, it was lovely meeting you. We are sorry there was a problem with the wifi, unfortunately we are on rural wifi. We could have tried rebooting it if we had been informed at the time. I hope the children weren't too disappointed.

Had an amazing time at Nuthatch Cottage. We spent Valentine's Day chilling in a huge hot tub, drinking and then watching scary movies - the remoteness offered the perfect vibe! The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy the 3 nights. Very easy to find and close to a nature reserve for some awesome walks. The farms around offered the perfect scenery to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay there again.

really enjoyed our stay at Nuthatch. it was 4 adults and we just wanted a relaxing quiet weekend. The cottage was lovely. nice and warm & good facilities. Everything we needed. There are some stains on the wall from previous damp but they weren't caused during our stay as the cottage was nice and warm. The hot tub was lovely. could maybe do with some steps into it though (i'm quite short haha). Have to give a hundred pound deposit the day before which was refunded back no problem. Would definitely recommend to stay here & would go back. Thanks.

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. It was quite difficult to find as it is very rural, but it is a lovely spot once you get there. The property was clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 adults that went. The hot tub was great too. I would definitely come back to the cottage with the my friends again or with my family (husband and 2 young boys) as it's ideal for both. I saw in the guest book that a lot of people come with dogs, but we didn't have a dog and it wasn't noticeable that there had been dogs previously.

Couldn't fault it, had a fabulous birthday weekend, Prosecco in the hot tub, lovely cottage, private as fenced all round on the farm. Travelled to nearby Oswestry on the Saturday and had lunch at Prezzo. Lovely weekend, would like to return. Highly recommend you book it!
