The Granary is a stunning barn conversion with original beams, a large vaulted living room and amazing views, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Newland Park Farm consists of two impressive barn conversions sitting side by side but offering guests their own unique style and layout, and a thoughtfully converted, old farm building with a contemporary interior.
The Barn (UKC1940) and The Granary (UKC1941) have been designed to ensure that guests enjoy a sense of space and comfort, and have all the little things that make life just that bit more enjoyable. Comfortably furnished bedrooms are complemented by large, well-equipped kitchens and large living spaces in which to relax and unwind.
The Dairy (UKC1942) is a converted farm building, and with bedrooms on both the first and ground floor, offers versatile living. To complement the well-thought out interior, the property has its own private courtyard area which also has a large covered area which almost creates another living space and is ideal for children or dining al fresco on a summer’s evening.
Quietly located on the outskirts of the village of Landkey, the properties share views over the peaceful, surrounding countryside. The village is within walking distance, and here you will find a well-stocked local shop as well as the most important thing, a village pub! Newland Park Farm sits in an excellent location for exploring the magnificent coastline of north Devon, from the ’Golden Coast’ with fine sandy surfing beaches at Westward Ho!, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, to the rugged cliffs of Hartland Point.
The coastal footpath offers superb walking with wonderful views of the dramatic shoreline, while inland, the wild beauty of Exmoor waits to be discovered. Bideford Bay takes in its sweep along Westward Ho!, Hartland Point and the beautiful village of Clovelly (National Trust), much loved by photographers. Instow and the old ship-building port of Appledore shelter in the mouth of the Torridge estuary, and regular boat trips to Lundy Island can be taken from Bideford.
Cyclists will appreciate the Tarka Trail, a popular flat route that is easy to manage and runs from Barnstaple almost to Okehampton.
There are plenty of places to visit nearby, including a number of family attractions such as The Big Sheep, Funderzone and The Milkyway, which have covered amusements for children of all ages. At Great Torrington, there are the famous and stunning RHS gardens at Rosemoor. Whilst you are there, it’s certainly worth a visit to the Dartington Crystal factory glass works, 12 miles, where molten glass is expertly fashioned into unique works of art by the glass blowers. Horse riding, golf, surfing lessons and fishing can all be organised locally. There is a wonderful golf course found in Portmore, just 2 miles away. Nearby Barnstaple offers good shops and restaurants, a weekly market and pannier market, theatre, cinema and sports facilities. Shop 750 yards, pub 500 yards.

    The Granary was a great find, our hosts were friendly, and the level of accommodation superb - just a pity the weather let us down a little (but then it was only February!).

    Absolutely stunning location and a great base to explore North Devon. For our stay we could find no fault and loved the whole weekend, The Granary had everything we needed and more. Thanks!

    Spacious cottage with all equipment you could imagine. Logs and barbecue charcoal provided complimentary. The only negative was that the kingsize bed had the most uncomfortable mattress, far too firm for me and my husband.
