We did not have a kettle or toaster for the duration of our stay despite having told the owner on the first day of our holiday. The cottage was okay and fairly comfortable. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, and we enjoyed the peaceful location.

The cottage was very well equipped, comfortable beds and furnishings. Overlooking a field with sheep and lambs (April). Great view of sunsets too.Swimming pool was excellent as was the games room. We made use of the BBQ on the patio. We found a quicker route into Ipplepen for supplies at the well stocked Co-op. The Wellington pub served excellent food for a birthday meal for a large group of us. Once you arrived at the main road it was easy access to Newton Abbot, Totnes, Paignton and more. Ideally located and would book again.
