This cottage is very comfortable. It feels like a real home from home. The photos don't really do it justice, we were very happy when we saw it in reality. Had a great week and would certainly be happy to return to Newhaven for another holiday.

Got back yesterday (15th September). This is an amazing, well equipped, well situated cottage. We had a fabulous week here, just wish we had booked two weeks. They even supped the sunshine! Would definitely book again.

This holiday home is extremely well stocked with equipment and consumables (loo roll, washing up liquid etc.). The owners even provided milk, eggs, biscuits and wine - thank you! The house was very clean, the beds were very comfy and the location is good, being a 20 minute walk from the town in a nice quiet road. There is a garage that sells most things about 5 minutes walk away so we never wanted for anything. There are lots of restaurants in Broadstairs but booking is recommended and we had a lovely Chinese in nearby St Peter's. We had a great week in this home visiting nearby attractions and enjoying days on Joss beach. We had no problem parking but we parked on the road over the drive as it was a little tight and awkward to get off road onto the gravel. The only things that would have improved the accommodation were somewhere to hang washing and a blind for the round window in the master bedroom. Also, it's worth noting that the bottom lock of the front door is difficult to operate. We locked it on the first day and had a worrying 5 minutes trying to unlock it when we returned so we didn't use it after that. Overall, I would say that this is a comfy, clean and cosy holiday home and I would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing week stay in Newhaven. Absolutely everything was catered for, even down to cupboard essentials. My boys loved their bedroom, and we loved ours. Had a surprise with the wet room/ensuite as we didn't realise there was one there, and both showers were fabulous! Located just under a mile to walk to Viking Bay, plenty of take aways, shops and 2 pubs on the next corner. Only things I would of preferred were a king sized bed and the gravel driveway. We had a rather large car and it would fit on the drive and the gravel made it difficult to even try, but we just used the road. Lovely location, beautiful house and we would love to stay again

We've had an excellent time in Broadstairs. Newhaven is fairly easy to find and within walking distance from the train station. A bit of a walk from the beach, true, but lots of nice bakeries and shops on the way - one can easily get daily supply. Cottage is lovely and spacious, with fully functional kitchen - big plus with kids. We've made couple of simple dinners when bored of take-aways and fish and chips. Washing machine was very helpful. Very clean, comfy bedrooms and baby travel cot on request. Will definately use it again some time in the future. Thank you

Comfortable fully equipped house in a very quiet cul de sac . There is plenty of room in the house and all of the bedrooms are a very good size . A small well presented sheltered courtyard garden with seating for six which catches the sun in the morning . We really enjoyed sitting outside having our breakfast in the courtyard .It was a nice way to start the day . Local amenities were excellent with 3 large supermarkets and a very good out of town shopping area located within a 10 minute drive . Broadstairs itself is a smallish resort with beautiful sandy beaches . The seafront is a 5 minute drive or 15 - 20 minute walk although the buses run every 7 minutes from a stop just down the road . Again the town has good amenities covering everything you need . As you would expect from this part of Kent there is so much to do and see a week or two is never long enough . A superb road system takes you up and down the coast easily so it is no problem getting anywhere . If you visit anywhere Sandwich is the place to go . The most complete Medieval town in Britain , an absolute gem ! We had a great holiday and will definitely be visiting this area again. Also thank you to the owners for the wine ,eggs biscuits etc that were waiting for us on arrival . Avery nice touch which was most appreciated .
