bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. Reception rooms and kitchen tired. Needs properly cleaned after each use. Relying on guests to clean is unacceptable. People are on holiday after all. Needs WIFI in this day and age

There was a bad smell of damp when first entering the building, stairs we not very safe children or elderly people, no shower in main bathroom was disappointing as the shower in upstairs bedroom was very small. Cooker not really big enough for a large party.

A little tired and needs a rethink on layout in terms of dining for me. Cooker presents a challenge when catering for 12 Loved the area and the little village shop is great the property just needs TLC.
