New York Lodge has an uninterrupted view overlooking Loch Awe and to the mountains beyond. This is a wonderful peaceful location on the quiet single track road which runs the length of Loch Awe - Scotland’s longest inland loch at 24 miles long. This detached self catering lodge sits with one other cottage, each property has spacious surroundings with a shared mature garden over 2 acres of grounds and open lochside access where you can launch a boat/canoe or enjoy bank fishing for brown trout and pike. The open plan living space is well equipped with everything you will need. There is access onto a balcony area with stunning views of Loch Awe and if you pop some bird seed outside, you can see a variety of birds feeding, the ducks may come along too! Pine martens and ospreys may be seen, as well as red deer. There are two bedrooms - a good sized double and a small twin.This property can also be booked with The Cottage (CC523121 - sleeps 6) providing accommodation for up to 10 people.

It is possible to launch a boat/canoe from the garden and lochside fishing is available. Off road parking for 2 cars.
