The cottage has wonderful views and is in a beautiful location, but needs updating and fixing

    Response from: administrator

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. Changes have been made this last year such as gas central heating throughout and new doors onto the balcony. In the next few weeks windows in the kitchen and dining area will be replaced. The balcony tiles will also be renewed with a brand new set of tiles.

This is a lovely unspoilt (as in 'touristy') area of Cumbria - well worth a visit

Lovely cottage. Location was perfect for our weekend break. Excellent choice for a young family. Lots of personal touches of in the cottage. The owners seemed to have thought of everything in terms of equipment. Cleanliness 10/10. The only fault was that we weren't staying longer!!

Lovely seafront property, with great views and birdwatching from the balcony. Plenty of space and comfortable . Be aware that the area is quite isolated, and eating out choices limited, but there are plenty of walks from the front door and we found the train along the coast useful.

It was situated in a brilliant position and had all the basic requirements. However it was very small in all respects............ We are glad we visited but would probably not repeat our stay.
