A superb property and location. 30 mins drive to all major attractions. The owner is absolutely lovely and offers a warm welcome on arrival. This is the 2nd year at Nankivell and we hope to make it a 3rd in 2017...

Lovely family cottage that exceeded our expectations. We had two children and three small dogs and there was so much space. When the dogs (being small) worked out they could jump on the wall and escape through the bushes, the owner responded immediately and put some wire up to prevent this. Lovely scones and cream on arrival, clean and spacious. Wifi was limited to the lounge but we didn't mind that. Locals all friendly but car a must to get to places. Can recommend porthcothan beach for jumping waves and body boarding, on an evening hawkers cove on the way to Padstow was fabulous for the dogs having a good run around. On a rainy day go to Kernow chocolate factory and have a coffee or travel north a bit to Tintagel.

The cottage was homely and comfortable, a lot of room and beautifully arranged throughout. We had three dogs with us and they were made welcome and well provided for.
