This is a really wonderful cottage for a relaxing break. It's in the heart of Hastings Old Town and right by the beach. It's on the Saxon Shore so you can enjoy some lovely walking- Winchelsea is about a 4 hour walk. Jerwood Gallery was fantastic and Hastings castle very interesting. The house itself really does have everything you need. We self-catered to keep our costs down and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Fresh fish from local fishermen a one minute walk. We stayed as a couple and the interior of the house is cosy and romantic with a wood burning fire. We used the second bedroom as our dressing room but it would be lovely for kids.
