We LOVE the Mouse House ! Great Location - place full of character and charm. Whole process so easy. Only downside ( and this is very minor )- the location of bins for disposing of rubbish at end of week needs updating - fortunately caught up with a friendly bin lorry and crew! Otherwise, all,as always, went wonderfully. Hope to be back again soon !!

We had an absolutely marvellous holiday. The cottage was excellently equipped and a credit to its owners. We were particularly delighted that even though it was in the centre of the old town it was incredibly peaceful and additions such as the blackout blind helped our small children sleep well. We'd love to return.

I've been staying in Hastings with my sons since they were little and we went back now they're both leaving home! We've stayed in 4 different cottages and they've all been nice but this is our favourite. It's the one we'll always choose first. It just had everything - perfect location, very well furnished and equipped, welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, lovely bread and butter, and so many little extras in the house, like a laptop with wifi, good books, DVDs and games. I can't usually sleep well away from home but slept like a log! Lovely neighbours too who say hello in the road.

A lovely and cute cottage. Perfect for 4 people. Everything was clean. It was well equipped. A lovely welcome of essentials of bread, butter, milk and juice. We were worried about parking, but there was some off street in streets nearby and local car parks at either end of the road. Quiet location, just away from the main street. Perfect for our needs. Polite and courteous owners who sorted our query quickly when we contacted them. Good information pack provided on booking. All in all a lovely long weekend away boosted by the lovely cottage. Thank you. Hope to be back again one day.

Beautiful comfortable cottage. Very well equipped. Only downside was arriving at 3.30pm (when accommodation start time is from 3pm) and having to wait on doorstep with cases as cleaner still hoovering. Apart from this we would highly recommend. Parking may be difficult in high season.

What a wonderful place! Very thought-fully equipped and kitted out. The owners have thought of everything. Combines mod-cons with a charming, old-style, cosy setting. It's quiet but with just enough activity to feel you're connected to the place - mostly the comings and goings of folk talking photos of the "smallest hotel" over the road and a Mickey Mouse plaque. Set on a delightful street and stroll away from the seafront, the Old Town and restaurants, it's a very accessible spot. I loved it and will hopefully return.

Very comfortable and well equipped - a cosy cottage with lots of nice features. We found that with 2 of us it was fine (If a little too cosy for us but that's a personal thing!) It was beautifully clean and lovely soft towels and plenty of them. A great base to explore Hastings and the surrounding areas with lots of great eating and drinking places in walking distance. The Old Town is very nice with lots of different shops, lots of antique places and has a nice vibe.

We had a lovely holiday at Mouse House. Everything you could possibly want is at the cottage. A real home from home. The attention to detail is amazing and high quality items are used:- e.g. Cath Kidston bed linen and Dualit kettle to name but a few. Parking is the only real problem, but this was well covered in the welcome letter from the owners a week before. We had a dog and parked about 20 mins away beyond Harold Road, which worked well giving the dog a walk before he got in the car and before we returned to the cottage. (A negative to a positive!) Unloading and loading just outside the cottage as owners suggested ,worked well. No hesitation in recommending this cottage.
