We feel it was damp, the heating boiler was very nosey the floor was very uneven. The TV was very small there was no internet on the tv or any free view. The internet was very patchy we both could not use it at the same time. The whole of the property was very dated. When we arrived there was no complimentary tea coffee super or milk. For what we paid for 7 days stay we feel that it was not worth the money and wouldn’t return Over all very disappointed.

Well worth a visit. An excellent site - very clean and with all needs catered for. The lodge is excellent and extremely well equipped. George and Rosaline, the owners are at hand but very unobtrusive. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful walking holiday in Ireland staying in the mountain view lodge for a week. It is clean, warm and spacious and a perfect base. The hosts are friendly and helpful and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful holiday. Location magnificent-often ate outside with a view of the nearby mountains. The lodge was well equipped and spacious. The owners, Rosaline and George, were extremely friendly and helpful. Also very helpful tourist info office just up the road from us. Did quite a bit of driving as we used this place as a base for travelling around. If we wanted to visit this area again would certainly consider this place.
