An excellent detached barn in a beautiful part of the country. Masses of things to do and visit locally - owners could not have been more helpful in local knowledge and their hospitality. You would not be disappointed in choosing this property!

Excellent place to stay! One of the best we've been to.

Idyllic location. Barn very well equipped. Very welcoming owners. Only drawback was the fact that the bedrooms were very hot (and the weather wasn't too hot when we were there). The owners thoughtfully provided fans but, if it was hot in the summer, sleeping would be very uncomfortable.

A really lovely barn, with beautiful views, lovely walks for the dog, from footpaths off the village street. Good dog friendly pub across the road, good shops and a butchers. |Plenty of places of interest within approx. 30mins drive. Gorgeous cake on arrival, wine and Mount House apple juice. Very comfortable and relaxing, everything you could need. Lovely friendly hosts, felt very at home. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

This house was chosen with no knowledge of the area and we were totally delighted. Its a very good barn conversion and the attention to detail that added to ones comfort is of a very high standard. The owners are very kind, helpful, and charming.Their beautiful gardens and the view down into the valley was a wonderful surprise as its not clearly shown in the pictures on the website. This was a good thing as it added to the wow factor arriving as we did after a very hot car journey. We stayed during a very hot spell and the garden was lovely to sit in and eat out in. The only thing we found was the heat trapped upstairs , added to the heat from the hot tank by the bedrooms made the nights quite sticky. The owners pointed this out on arrival as the original planning permission did not allow fro bigger windows ! They had therefore put fans into the two bedrooms. We had a nine month old and it was a perfect place to stay with him. Every thing we wanted to visit was about half an hours drive away so coming back for his lunch and a nap worked really well and then we were off out again. Also, there is a good play park in the village and really easy dogs walks too which was another of our requirements for our labrador. A week we still reminisce about. Thank you.
